Refund Policy

Quanteia India offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, request a refund within 14 days of the first paid charge and we will refund 100% of that charge. No questions asked.

Scope

  • Applies to the first paid charge on a new account, whether monthly or annual.
  • Renewals are non-refundable. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged.
  • If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, the refund applies only to the unused balance of the prior plan, prorated.

How to request

  1. Email us via the contact page with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address on your account and the approximate charge date.
  3. We confirm within 2 business days and initiate the refund via our payments partner.
  4. Refunds typically land in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Reverse GST

Where GST was charged on the original invoice, it is reversed in the refund. A revised credit note is issued.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund where we have evidence of fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service.
